  • Provide correct address and information
  • No abusive language, harassment, or discrimination
  • No request for illegal activities

For Helpers / Partners

  • Be polite and professional at all times
  • No overcharging or offline payment collection
  • Accept only services that match your skill
  • Illegal, unsafe or restricted services strictly prohibited

Prohibited Behaviour (for all users)

  • Fraud or fake bookings
  • Unprofessional or abusive communication
  • Threatening behavior or exploitation
  • Sharing false service reviews

Violation Consequences

Account warning → Temporary suspension → Permanent ban based on severity.
