Using the Lper platform confirms that you agree to these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. These terms apply even if the user has not read them completely.

2. Platform Nature

Lper is a multi-service marketplace that connects two user types:

• Customers – Request services
• Helpers / Partners – Provide services and earn income

Lper is not a direct service provider; it only acts as a digital platform connecting customers and helpers.

3. User Eligibility

• Users must be 18+.
• Must have the legal capacity to make payments and agreements.
• Fake profiles or duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.

4. User Responsibilities

Customers:

• Provide correct address, timing, and service details.
• Payments must be made through the platform.
• Cash transactions are the user’s own risk.

Helpers / Partners:

• Provide polite and professional service.
• Illegal, unsafe, or harmful services are not allowed.
• Customer information misuse is strictly banned.

5. Pricing & Payments

Pricing will be displayed inside the platform. Earnings can be withdrawn based on platform rules. GST / Platform Fee / Convenience charges may apply when required.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Service issues will be reviewed by our support team, and the platform decision is final.

7. Safety & Trust

Lper attempts background checks, but is not responsible for users' behavior. Both customers and helpers must ensure safety.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Fake bookings or fraud
• Threat, abuse, harassment
• Illegal services or product delivery
• Account selling or sharing

Accounts violating the above will be permanently terminated.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lper is not responsible for accidents, damages, theft, fraud, or personal disputes between users. Lper only connects customers and helpers digitally and is not legally liable for issues arising from services performed.

10. Data Usage

User data will be used for communication, service matching, safety, and platform improvement. For more information, refer to the Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

Lper may suspend or block user accounts without notice if misuse, fraud, or illegal activity is detected.

12. Changes to Terms
