1. Booking Cancellation by Customer

  • Free cancellation before helper is assigned
  • After helper assignment → cancellation charge may apply
  • After service start → no refund applicable

2. Cancellation by Helper/Partner

If the helper cancels the booking, customer can choose:

  • Full refund
  • Reassign another helper

3. Service Quality Issues

Refund will be processed only after review by support team.

4. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed via original payment method or Lper Wallet.

Refund time: 3–7 working days.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • User dissatisfaction without valid evidence
  • Wrong address shared by customer
  • Customer unavailable at the service location
